Rates include all utilities and a one time cleaning fee. A 50%
deposit is required to reserve Harbor Walk. The remaining balance plus
a $500 security fee is due no less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Please inquire about multi-week rates and extended stay or
corporate discounts. Pets are $100 extra per pet per month.

Amenities
At Harbor Walk all the appliances are new including the
LG washer and dryer. The gourmet kitchen features a
large granite countertop with stools, microwave,
dishwasher and everything you'll need to enjoy a great
meal! The dining table seats 6. The living room features
an entertainment center with large high definition flat
screen TV, cable, DVD player and sound system.
The luxurious queen sized beds are soft and very comfy
with high thread count sheets. Each bedroom has a flat
screen high definition TV with DVD layer. The master
bath has a walk in shower, 2 sinks, private toilet, and a
huge walk in closet. The second bath is large and is
wheelchair accessible.
There are 2 parking spaces, one indoor and both secure.
There is a beautiful pool and spa complete with outdoor
shower and a large BBQ area with 2 outdoor fireplaces. A
fully equipped exercise room and clubhouse with pool
table, flat screen TV and full kitchen are more great
features of Harbor Walk.
